Toasted Pita with Cottage Cheese, Cucumber, and Olive
- 1 pita
- 1/2 cup whole milk cottage cheese
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced into small bites
- 2 tbsp olives, chopped into small slices
- dried dill, salt and pepper, and olive oil for finishing
- Toast your pita. Once toasted, spread cottage cheese evenly across the pita. Top with cucumbers, olives, dried dill, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
