Negronis are one of my favorite cocktails, no matter the season. Although typically made with gin, I like to switch it up from time to time with mezcal.
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 1.5 oz sweet vermouth (I use Martini & Rossi brand)
- 1.5 oz Campari
- Orange peel
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well. Strain into a glass with ice or just up in a martini glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
