Moto-I

Japanese small-plate, ramen, and sake restaurant with a rooftop.

Moto-I

If you’re looking for ramen, please don’t go to Moto-I. There are several better options in the Twin Cities (i.e., Ramen Kazama.) However, Moto-I is open late and it’s right next to the uptown bars, making it very convenient for a late night meal. Their rooftop is pretty cool too, but the food and service has always fell below my expectations. If you’re into sake, (which unfortunately I’m not) they have an in-house sake brewery, which is pretty awesome. The atmosphere (inside, not the rooftop) feels a little dirty and dark which is always a factor in me not wanting to return.
