Kyatchi

(Nicollet Ave.) Fresh and sustainable sushi and small-plates in a casual but hip setting.

Kyatchi

I was pleasantly surprised with Kyatchi. My first time here, my friend and I split sushi, a hot dog (yes, they serve sushi and gourmet hotdogs) and a bottle of white wine. It was very affordable, and you could taste the freshness of the sushi in each bite. It’s definitely not the best sushi I’ve had in Minneapolis, but the menu is modern and the creative small plates make it a fun experience.
