Zettas serves made-from-scratch flatbread and fills it with delicious, fresh ingredients. Their ricotta is also homemade and to die for. I lived in Italy, and the sandwiches transport me right back there. Fresh and packed with flavor, Zettas’ sandwiches are unique and like no other sandwich spot in the Twin Cities. The restaurant itself is small, with only a few chairs for dining in, however, this adds to the charm. I took the my sandwiches to go, and they were wrapped in a way that made it easy to eat on the move. I highly recommend checking this place out for a quick lunch.
