Tilia will always be one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. How could it not, with its warm and cozy atmosphere, creative comfort food, and a lively brunch. Tilia is one of the most romantic restaurants in the Twin Cities, a great place to take a date on a freezing winter night. Their Rueben and fish sandwich are incredible, enough said. They don’t take reservations and can get pretty crowded at night, but I promise once seated – sipping your first glass of red wine at a candlelit, cozy table – you will be glad you waited.
