Parallel Coffee is in a really weird spot in Minneapolis. It’s not located near a bunch of other shops or restaurants, but the space itself is quite large. The interior is Instagrammable (seems to be quite the theme these days) and the food/coffee is too. Good spot off the beaten path for a long lunch or a coffee meeting.
