Colita is the second restaurant from the team behind Martina. They specialize in the unique flavors of Mexico with barbecue and smoking techniques from all over the world. On their menu, you can find tacos, moles, fried deliciousness, and extraordinary cocktails. It’s pretty difficult to get a reservation, but they do allow you to walk-in to eat at the bar (just prepared to wait a bit for that as well.)
