I debated rating this place a 5/5. I love Coconut Thai. My biggest pet peeve is when Thai places serve dishes that are sitting in grease (you know when you can see the grease bubbles on the top of your curry?) This place is the opposite, it has THE freshest dishes. Another thing I love about Coconut Thai is you can make it work for different types of occasions. Go here sweaty after your run around Lake Calhoun or for a date on a Saturday night. They serve good wine and beer, and the staff is super friendly. I order the Red Curry with Chicken almost every time. Definitely my first choice for Thai, every time.
