Peel the skin off the grapefruit and orange(s) using a serrated knife. Once peel and pilth is off, cut the grapefruit and oranges into bite size pieces. Arrange on a plate or serving dish
Cut avocado and mozzerella into bite-size chunks, add to plate
Add sliced red onion, capers if using, herbs if using to the plate
Drizzle salad with quality olive oil. Note that quality olive oil is essential here to give complex flavor to the dish. Top with salt & pepper and enjoy plan or with toasted bread
