If serving with rice, make your rice
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat
While butter is melting in the pan, cut up the onion into slices and place into pan to cook. Let simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasisonally. Season with salt and pepper
Add the capers to the pan
Salt & pepper your fish and then nestle the two filets into the pan
Let the fish cook about 5 minutes per side, depending on how thick the filets are
Add more salt and pepper to taste
Serve fish over rice and top with lots of sauce!
