Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • 1.5 oz sweet vermouth (I use Martini & Rossi brand)
  • 1.5 oz Campari
  • Orange peel

Instructions

  • Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well. Strain into a glass with ice or just up in a martini glass.
  • Garnish with an orange peel.
