I’ve been going to Cossetta for many, many years now because it’s a classic. You order at the counter, their food is served on plastic or paper plates, and their sodas come in cans. I love their pizza (the slices are larger than my head!) and the salad ingredients are fresh. Cossetta is a good place to go before an event at Xcel or with a larger group. It’s casual, down to earth, and always crowded.
