For awhile, I had only consumed Caffrey’s after several adult beverages late at night. I decided to go back a couple times for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to learn the sandwiches are just as amazing in the daylight than they were at 2AM on a Saturday morning. Their Reuben might be the best in town, although Herkimer’s across the street does an incredible version as well. The shop is small and there is no outdoor seating, but the sandwiches also taste great when taken to-go. They also offer other items such as soups, sides, and desserts. Oh, and they only have a $1 delivery fee for when you want the warm, cheesy, yummy sandwiches to come to you.
