Boludo is small but mighty! The restaurant itself only seats about 20 people, but each time I’ve been it’s been packed to the brim. They serve delicious, homemade empanadas (the stars of the show), salads, and pizzas (the hidden gem.) Their pizza crust is unique and salty, and they offer 6 different topping combinations.
