Pajarito is a solid, sit-down Mexican spot in St. Paul. They have great chips and sauces (salsa, guac) and their tacos are filling for the price. I also enjoyed their different variations on a margarita. If you go before a Wild game, they offer a free shuttle service to and from the Xcel.
